Delayed Baggage

If your bag is delayed you must submit a Delayed Bag Claim via the online form or at the airport within XX hours of your arrival. 

You will not be eligible for a reimbursement on expenses incurred unless you have submitted a claim at the airport or via the online form. 

At the airport, you will receive a file reference number (8-10 digit alphanumeric code) that you can use to check the status of your claim at www.silverairways.com/bagtrace

If you fill out the form online you will receive a call from a Central Baggage Tracking agent within 24 hours of submitting your claim. The agent will provide you with a file reference number and an update on your delayed bag.

Expense Reimbursements

If you had a delayed bag and you had to make purchases while your bag was delayed  you are entitled to reasonable expense reimbursements.

You must have already submitted a delayed baggage claim form online or at the airport to receive expense reimbursements. All receipts must be itemized and presented at the time of submitting your claim.
