The Virgin Islands Port Authority advises the public that travelers may experience processing delays at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX) due to high travel volumes post-holiday festivals on St. Croix.  Travelers are advised to arrive at least three hours before their scheduled departure time to allow adequate time for pre-clearance screenings.

Please be advised, Silver Airways implements a baggage limitation in the San Juan network limiting passenger baggage allowance.

This will limit passenger checked baggage allowance to one (1) piece, with any additional checked pieces permitted on a standby basis according to weight and balance limitations.

Passengers are still allowed one carry-on, free of charge.

This limitation applies to all flights to/from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU).

Be sure to complete the online Customs Form / E-Ticket before Immigration in the Dominican Republic.

Due to long TSA lines at SJU, we advise all passengers arrive a minimum of 2 hours prior to departure.
