In order to create a faster and more efficient airport experience for our customers and reduce the handling of paper currency, Silver airport locations will only accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards at the ticket counter and the boarding gate.

Yes, you can reserve a seat after you book your flight by calling our Guest Relations Call Center at 801-401-9100. The Call Center is open 8am-7pm. If you booked a Refundable or Freedom fare, you can reserve your seat at no additional fee. If you booked an Escape fare, please refer below for the additional fee.

*All seat-related service charges are charged per person and are non-refundable. 

Yes. Checked bags should not exceed 62 linear inches or 50 lbs - however:

•  up to 115 linear inches will be permitted with payment of an additional oversize bag service charge (maximum length 84 inches)

•  up to 100 lbs will be permitted with payment of the appropriate additional overweight bag service charge

Carry-on bags should not exceed 45 linear inches
Personal items should not exceed 17 x 16 x 9 inches

Service charges apply for checked bags and for oversize and/or overweight bags and are shown on our Optional Services page. Both of the additional service charges will apply to a bag that is oversized and overweight.

Each passenger is allowed one personal item plus one carry-on item* that must easily fit under the seat or in an overhead compartment. All checked bag service charges are charged per bag, per person, one-way and non-refundable. Our baggage policies are different than other airlines due to the size of our overhead bins.
* Carry-on items that cannot fit over head or under the seat may have to be checked at the gate due to aircraft restrictions.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will allow you to enter the U.S. with a limited amount of alcohol duty-free as part of your exemption. Additional bottles may be subject to taxes. Please see all the details at CBP site.

You can check in online through Manage Booking to receive your mobile boarding passes. You will receive an email from us a few days before your departure date reminding you as well. If you booked on another airline you must use your silver PNR  (6 characters all letters) to check in. If you decide to check-in at the airport, you will receive your boarding pass at our ticket counter.

If you wish to cancel your trip, please visit the website at Manage Booking to cancel. If you need any assistance contact us at 801-401-9100, we are open 7 days a week between 8am and 7pm (EST).

If you choose to cancel your trip please do so online through Manage Booking. If you encounter any issues prior to your scheduled flight time, we request that you please submit a request here and we will honor your cancellation - fees may apply.

Several things may happen if your flight is delayed. See details in our Tarmac Delay Plan for when you are on board and have left the gate. For other options please refer to our Contract of Carriage and  Customer Service Promise.

While Silver doesn't give refunds for missed flights, we can try our best to rebook you on to the next available flight.

Make sure you first file a claim with the airport. We have teamed with WorldTracer to provide an automated web tool to trace any bags that did not arrive with you. Please follow the instructions in this link to WorldTracer and we will be able to track your bags in a timely manner. Email a request here and our team will do its best to reunite you with your baggage.

The refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the ticket only if you purchased through our website or Reservation center. Cancellation fees may apply for voluntary cancellations/changes.
