Refund Protection

Life happens and sometimes you need to cancel a flight. No worries with Silver’s Refund Protection. For just $49 one-way per person, you can guarantee a refund of your fare if you need to back out – just call us and cancel your ticket up to 7 days before the scheduled flight departure.

Refund Protection is only available at time of booking, exclusively on SilverAirways.com.  

Please note that changes to your reservation using Refund Protection must be processed by our Reservation Center at 801-401-9100 and cannot be processed online. Our Reservation Center is open 7 days a week between 6 am and 9 pm, EST. Refund Protection is non-refundable. 

Terms and Conditions : Refund Protection can only be purchased for new reservations. With Refund Protection, the ticket value is refunded but the service charge for Refund Protection is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased in conjunction with air travel, Refund Protection also waives the change service charge for a non-refundable ticket, but the difference in fare must still be collected. Changes or cancellations to the original ticket must be made by calling 801-401-9100 between 6am and 9pm EST, and must be made 7 days prior to scheduled departure time or the benefit of Refund Protection is forfeited. Refund Protection is offered during purchases made for Silver Airways tickets bought exclusively on SilverAirways.com. Fares, routes, service charges, and schedules are subject to change without notice. All Silver Airways’ flights, including those with the Refund Protection option, remain subject to Silver Airways’ baggage policy available here.

Trip Protection can be purchased online during the booking process or at any time after booking up until the day before your trip starts. To purchase after booking simply visit the Allianz Global Assistance website.
