Did your bag not arrive at your destination?

If your bag has been delayed, it is important to make a claim with a Silver team member before you leave the airport. If you are unable to speak with a team member, you must visit silverariways.com/delayedbag and fill out a claim form within 4 hours of your arrival.

Did you leave an item on our aircraft?

Please visit silverairways.com/lost-item. Our team will do our best to reunite you with your item.

Interim Expenses

Most delayed bags will arrive the next day to your original destination, however, in some situations you might be left without your checked belongings for longer. In these cases, Silver will reimburse actual, reasonable expenses acquired from your delayed bag. Please email [email protected] with itemized receipts to begin this process.

If you are not reunited with your bag in a reasonable time period, you may file a Property Claim Form.
