ELIGIBILITY: All Silver Airways contests are open to all residents of the United States (Including Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following people are not eligible to enter or win: Employees and contractors of Silver Airways, their immediate friends and family members, and those living in the same households. 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter to win, there are two methods: 1) Snap a picture with any Silver aircraft and use the hashtag #SilverSummerofLove or 2) Fill out the following form https://sweepwidget.com/test-run.  

LIMIT: Any attempt by any entrant to receive more than the allowed entries per entry method will result in immediate disqualification of the entrant. This includes duplicate email addresses and duplicate names as registered under different email addresses. Once an entrant is selected as a general winner, they will no longer be eligible for future drawings in which a general winner is to be selected. 

PRIZE: Contestants will be entered to be one (1) grand prize winner of one year of free flights. The Prize consists of up to twenty-four (24) roundtrip tickets or the equivalent of $12,000 in tickets, whichever is less, on flights operated and marketing only by Silver Airways. Travel must be booked between August 1, 2023 and July 6, 2024.  All prize travel must be completed by July 31, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. The tickets may be used only by the Winner. Dates are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. 

Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above including ground transportation, meals, entertainment, tips, parking, or other personal expenses incurred during or in connection with the trip. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local income and any other taxes, fees, and surcharges. 

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstake or to claim a prize. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entrants. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time the Sweepstakes ends or fails in timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.  

DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS: In the event that the winner's flight is voluntarily cancelled by the winner, a cancellation fee will apply and the flight will be credited back to the total number of flights remaining in their prize package. In the event that the winner's flight is involuntarily cancelled by the airline, the winner will be entitled to a replacement flight. The replacement flight will not count towards the winner's total flights for the year of free flights giveaway. The replacement flight must be booked between August 1, 2023 and July 6, 2024.  All prize travel must be completed by July 31, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. The replacement flight is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The winner should contact the sponsor as soon as possible to make arrangements for their replacement flight. Silver Airways reserves the right to cancel or amend the year of free flights giveaway in the event of circumstances beyond their control. The airline will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the winner as a result of a delay or cancellation. PRIVACY AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found at https://www.silverairways.com/legal/privacy-policy. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to the Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. Such information will be used by Sponsor for marketing purposes. By entering this Contest, you will be automatically opted-in to receive communications from Silver Airways and may opt out upon receiving the first communication. 

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in this Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
